Book Your Session

The Signature Session fee covers the session itself, which takes anywhere from one to three hours depending on the type of session, with 25+ professionally edited proofs presented to you in a private online gallery. The cost of this session does not cover any prints or digital files. Though this fee is non-refundable, we will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, we will notify you a day or two before the session. While we will do everything possible to maintain your safety, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for you and your family's safety. The photographer may not be held liable for any misfortune or injury that can occur while working with us. Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session.
 
Images will be available approximately two weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online slideshow that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. The gallery will be live for four days, and all portrait selections & orders must be placed during this time; if you must delay your ordering, we can archive all of your images for a $25 weekly fee at your request (limit 3 months) until your order is placed. Payment is due in full when you place the order. Complimentary in-person proofing & ordering sessions available upon request. Please allow up to two weeks for print delivery and up to six weeks for specialty products. Ordered images are archived for one year, while images that are not purchased will be purged after 30 days. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.

The Anytime Mini Session fee includes a 20 minute session for up to 4 people (immediate family, excluding newborns) at one predetermined location, and you will receive 6-8 edited high-resolution digital file images on a USB jump drive. As a client of [rik-see] photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Jodi Rykse are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and that I may not make any reproduction of the images in any form (print or electronic) without the express written consent of Jodi Rykse. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, emailing, saving to your hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner.

Jodi would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant [rik-see] photography permission to use images from this session in Jodi’s portfolio, website, marketing materials, ads, and displays as well as for editorial work, trade, or any other purpose, manner, or medium.
