Scarves add great dimension to an image and can create a unique feel to a photograph depending on the texture, pattern, material & style. I was thrilled when my sister-in-law taught me how to tie a scarf in a new & fantastic way, and it’s super easy! I just had to share.
I snagged Becky this afternoon for a quick mini-shoot.

Isn’t she gorgeous?! I have to add, for all you photogs, the images above are different than my usual style, taken using OCF (off camera flash). If you’re interested in learning how to use a speedlight, check out The Speedlight Workshop with Zenia Anderson. She’s fabulous. Anyways, on to how to tie the scarf, using a figure eight knot:

Which sister-in-law was so creative?

Milan is very creative too, but lives in South Florida–typically not scarf wearing weather
